As a Market Entry Strategy (Senior) Manager (x/f/m), you will be an integral part of our German Market Entry Strategy Team, dedicated to identifying growth opportunities and maximizing Doctolib's market penetration.

In this position, you will oversee the strategy for multiple clusters, design comprehensive plans, and coordinate efforts across sales, marketing, and product teams.

Your contributions will significantly impact the realization of Doctolib's vision: (1) enhancing the daily operations of healthcare professionals and (2) ensuring equitable and swift access to healthcare services for all.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deepen the understanding of our target audience regarding market size, needs, competition, and trends;
  • Establish KPIs aligned with our top-line ambitions to ensure we operate with measurable objectives;
  • Conduct analyses to evaluate our market performance and compare it against competitors based on predefined KPIs;
  • Develop Market Entry initiatives to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities;
  • Initiate and coordinate efforts to assist marketing and sales teams in focusing on key growth prospects;
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product marketing to ensure a continuous feedback loop and contribute to product enhancement;
  • Manage a team effectively.

Your Profile

To become a part of our team, you should possess:

  • Over 8 years of relevant professional experience, including strategic business development in a scale-up or startup environment;
  • Experience in team leadership and managing multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach;
  • A high level of motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in addressing business challenges;
  • Proficiency in German at C1 level and fluent in English.

Our Flexible Office Guidelines

For this position, we offer two working modes:

  • Hybrid: Work three days a week in the office;
  • Office-based: Work full-time in the office.
