Position Overview

As a Corporate Strategy Manager at DKB Service GmbH, you will play a crucial role in implementing our strategic initiatives while monitoring key performance indicators.

Your Responsibilities
  • Actively implement the current strategy process while keeping a close eye on essential metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop concrete solutions and create actionable concepts.
  • Operationalize key themes from our current strategy and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Design and conduct internal workshops, management meetings, and facilitate exchanges with other strategy and business development units within the organization.
  • Prepare decision-making and board presentation materials based on collected data.
  • Assist in analyzing complex challenges to develop actionable and measurable solutions.
Your Profile
  • A completed degree in business administration or a comparable field.
  • Relevant professional experience in banking, management consulting, or the strategy department of a corporation.
  • Experience in data analysis and preparation (business cases, financial controlling, market data, etc.) along with the ability to derive conclusions and recommendations.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and professional presentation skills.
  • A high degree of personal responsibility and a willingness to drive change.
