Senior Sales Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at Adobe. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Enterprise space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Account Managers to retain and expand existing business, meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies, including software and services sales.
- Partner with senior leaders to align on objectives and achieve renewal, upsell, and cross-sell goals.
- Deliver accurate and detailed team forecasting and reporting.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and manage a diverse team of sales professionals to drive business results.
- Ensure team delivery on Account Management objectives and key performance indicators.
- Identify and lead key initiatives to up-level team performance and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role leading teams in SaaS organizations.
- 10+ years of overall experience in software sales, with a hybrid of software and services sales experience ideal.
- Experience selling to CIOs, CDOs, and CMOs, particularly in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of large, complex sales models and experience selling emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of developing individual contributors and helping them achieve success in their roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience.
