About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Management Manager to join our team at Visable. As a key member of our Lead Management Team, you will be responsible for acquiring incremental leads and enhancing the quality of existing leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Crawling: Utilize expertise and automated processing tools to extract qualified leads from relevant industrial websites, including B2B platforms, vertical e-commerce platforms, and online yellow pages.
  • Data Enrichment: Deep dive into existing customer data pools, acquire new user information through data purchase or crawling, complete user profiles, and enhance the quality of sales public pools.
  • Leads Scoring: Evaluate existing leads scoring and sales prediction models, propose upgraded suggestions, and leverage resources from data, product, and business applications to upgrade the models.
  • Communication: Collaborate with external stakeholders, particularly product, tech, data, and business application teams, to ensure the successful execution of leads scoring, crawling, and enrichment projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in data crawling, data enrichment, and leads scoring with a strong performance record.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as an outgoing personality for stakeholder management.
  • Experience in data management, preferably with an understanding of sales and marketing in a B2B context.
  • Familiarity with process automation tools and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and SugarCRM.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
