As a Building Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical systems of buildings during the construction phase. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all aspects of the project meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of technical installations throughout the construction process
- Ensuring quality control during all phases of the project

Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction oversight or renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and VOB B/C regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tender management software
- Excellent responsibility, customer service orientation, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in leading teams is advantageous
- Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level is required
