Construction Project Management Director

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Management Director to lead our construction projects in northern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing day-to-day operations and strategic direction of multiple, large construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of project managers on multiple construction projects in northern Europe.
- Drive a safe, quality-first culture and ensure compliance with building regulations.
- Manage and monitor project progress, quality, and compliance.
- Oversee project risk registers and ensure projects meet or exceed company expectations.
- Direct external vendors and contribute to establishing and maintaining high-value relationships.
- Participate in training programs and develop team skills.
- Manage contract administration procedures and liaise with local authorities.
- Coordinate internal and external project team members and lead by example with strategy and structure.
- Develop and maintain best-in-class policies and procedures.
Requirements
- HNC/HND or equivalent in construction, construction project management, or services engineering.
- Proven years of experience in project and construction management, including critical infrastructure for data centers, pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar environments.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout EMEA.
- Customer focus and excellent soft skills.
- Self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to solve day-to-day delivery problems.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and industry best practice.
