Business Development Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at CLM Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering new business connections to support long-term growth and market expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Independently identify and secure new clients (OEMs/Tier 1) and initiate new projects
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and establish key relationships
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth strategies

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field
* At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related area, preferably within the technology sector
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Fluency in both German and English is required
