We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Regional Business Manager in the overall management of our successful European region. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of INEOS Automotive.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and Manage Sales Operations: Foster collaboration, transparency, and operational efficiency across diverse European locations.
- Oversee Vehicle Sales Process: Manage the customer order journey from order placement to invoicing and registration, ensuring efficiency through proactive reporting and urgent action calls.
- Create and Manage Sales Reports: Develop detailed sales reports and dashboards using Excel/PowerBI, enabling real-time tracking of KPIs and critical data for effective decision-making.
- Manage Ongoing Tasks and Projects: Utilize SAP, Power BI, and Excel to manage sales volume planning cycle and vehicle stock management for European markets.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Standardize processes and improve operational integration with regional business and after-sales management.
- Facilitate Training and Knowledge Sharing: Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement among team members through training and knowledge sharing sessions on sales processes and SAP.
- Support Marketing and Event Management: Collaborate with the Marketing & Event Management team on marketing and communication topics.
- General Back-Office Support: Provide general back-office support and office administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or relevant apprenticeship with work experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SAP, and Power BI for data analysis and insights.
- Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Openness to learning and adaptability to new tools, processes, and challenges.
- Organizational and project management abilities.
- Positive team player, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to support the team's success.
