Logistics Coordinator

Become a key player in our logistics team

At GULP – experts united, we are currently looking for a skilled logistics coordinator to join our team. As a logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing complex transport logistics solutions.

Your tasks

• Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, taking into account supply security, costs, time, quality, and environmental aspects.
• Coordinate with internal and external process partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Continuously optimize existing transport relations based on KPIs.
• Moderate and implement escalation meetings with internal and external partners in the event of performance problems.
• Supervise transport services in series production or for the coordination of volume and quantity fluctuations.
• Manage cross-functional (sub-)projects as part of digitalization initiatives.
• Develop methods for the integration, analysis, and visualization of transport logistics performance and cost data.
• Develop and support dashboards, e.g. PowerBI.
• Develop methods for evaluating transport service providers as part of performance measurement.

Your profile

• Completed studies in economics/industrial engineering with a focus on logistics or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in supply chain management and project management is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of common MS Office products.
• Experience with BI tools, such as PowerBI, Qlik, etc. desirable.
• Business fluent in German and English.
• Digital mindset and strong affinity for data and IT.
• Ability to integrate and work in a team.
• Assertiveness and confident demeanor.
• Strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills.
• Quick comprehension and structured way of working.
