Senior Consultant - Investment Funds Distribution

Arendt Regulatory & Consulting S.A. is a Luxembourg-based advisory company that provides risk and compliance, business, fraud investigation, and regulatory advisory services to a global client base across various industries.

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Consultant to join our team and contribute to our ongoing development. As a Senior Consultant, you will be involved in fund registration and post-registration services in jurisdictions across Europe, Asia, and Latin America for UCITS and AIFs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist promoters in analyzing their distribution model to anticipate marketing strategies and regulatory hurdles;
  • Maintain active communication with clients and the team to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction;
  • Participate in employees' training and coaching on distribution matters;
  • Contribute to the development of our firm's expertise in investment fund regulations.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economy, or Law;
  • You have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position or a relevant experience in the Luxembourg fund industry;
  • You have a strong knowledge of investment fund regulations;
  • You are fluent in both written and oral French and English, with German being an advantage;
  • You are a proactive, well-organized, and rigorous individual with good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
