About the Role

VisionAI GmbH is a pioneering AI startup revolutionizing online retail with cutting-edge technologies. We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive our growth strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough resume reviews, phone screens, and initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Develop and manage compelling job postings on various platforms, highlighting our company's unique value proposition.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our company's brand as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into our organization.
Requirements
  • Strong Recruitment Background: Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English and German: Strong language skills to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders.
