Position Overview

We are seeking a Global Procurement Program Manager (all genders) to become a vital part of our Procurement division as we strive to consistently provide exceptional experiences.

The Global Procurement Program Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating procurement initiatives on an international level. This position demands a strategic mindset coupled with robust project management capabilities, as well as the capacity to handle multiple initiatives concurrently. The successful candidate will ensure that procurement operations are streamlined and in harmony with the organization's overarching strategic objectives.

  • Spearhead and oversee international procurement initiatives from inception to conclusion.
  • Formulate comprehensive project blueprints, encompassing timelines, key milestones, and resource distribution.
  • Track project advancement and implement modifications as necessary to guarantee on-time completion.
  • Evaluate existing procurement workflows and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
  • Apply industry best practices to boost efficiency and minimize expenditures.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks linked to international procurement operations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams, including operations, finance, and legal sectors.
  • Deliver consistent updates to senior leadership regarding project progress, risks, and challenges.
  • Foster communication among global teams to ensure coherence and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a project management capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing international procurement initiatives.
  • Strong project management expertise with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, specifically SAP Ariba.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
