We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Procurement Leader to join our Procurement Team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our procurement strategy and ensuring the successful execution of global procurement projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in procurement, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop procurement strategies that meet those needs.
- Manage Global Procurement Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of global procurement projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with operations, finance, and legal departments to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
- Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, as well as identify and mitigate risks associated with global procurement activities.
- Provide Regular Updates: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience: In procurement, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
- Proven Track Record: Managing global procurement projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
