We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Procurement Leader to join our Procurement Team at Delivery Hero, driving excellence in global procurement project management.

The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate procurement projects on a global scale, ensuring efficient processes and alignment with our company's strategic goals.

  • Lead and manage global procurement projects from initiation to completion, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure timely delivery and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze current procurement processes and develop strategic recommendations to optimize our procurement function.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with global procurement activities, providing proactive solutions to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal departments, to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration between global teams, ensuring alignment and successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
  • Proven experience managing global procurement projects, with a track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, including SAP Ariba.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
