Position Overview:

The role involves the strategic planning, design, and execution of technical solution components, workflows, interfaces, databases, test automation, and code assessments with a primary focus on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet business needs.
  • Advise on the integration of ServiceNow with various tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate and guide design workshops to foster collaborative solution development.
  • Act as a Solution Architect, crafting innovative solutions for emerging business requirements.
  • Mentor colleagues and clients to cultivate a deeper understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in deploying and managing ServiceNow as an On-Premise solution.
  • Strong familiarity with ITSM modules, integrations, Service Portal, Service Catalog, ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, and CSM.
  • Solid foundation in IT principles including networks, databases, application servers, web services, and distributed systems.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Administration and Implementation Specialist or ITIL certification are advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both German and English.
