ServiceNow Solutions Architect

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of technical solutions tailored to the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, designing, and implementing various technical components, workflows, interfaces, and databases.
- Conducting thorough code reviews and ensuring quality through test automation.
- Advising on the integration of ServiceNow with other tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Leading design workshops to gather requirements and present innovative solutions.
- Acting as a Solution Architect, crafting unique solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Providing coaching and guidance to colleagues and clients to foster a deeper understanding of the ServiceNow framework.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in planning, building, and managing ServiceNow as an On-Premise solution.
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM modules, integrations, Service Portal, Service Catalog, ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, and CSM.
- Strong foundational knowledge in IT, including networks, databases, application servers, web services, and distributed systems.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Administration and Implementation Specialist or ITIL certification are advantageous.
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional communication skills in both German and English.
