About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team at Devoteam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow technologies and best practices to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and effective.
  • Contribute to the development of our ServiceNow practice and help shape our strategy for growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of ServiceNow applications, modules, and development tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of IT and business processes.
