Role Overview: We are looking for a highly proficient and seasoned ServiceNow Solutions Architect to become a part of StaffHost Digital's team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Consulting Architecture, with a minimum of 8 years of experience and a successful history in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementation initiatives. This position requires an in-depth comprehension of solution architecture and comprehensive implementation processes, ensuring that client expectations are met with exceptional quality and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the entire solution architecture for ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry best practices.
- Manage the complete implementation lifecycle of ITSM and ITOM projects, from initial assessment through to deployment and ongoing support.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, project leaders, and technical teams, to define and document precise technical requirements and solutions.
- Offer expert advice and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and enhancement.
- Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular project evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow technologies and industry developments, integrating best practices and innovative solutions into project designs.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in Consulting Architecture, specifically focused on ServiceNow.
- Possession of Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification, or actively pursuing certification.
- Extensive experience in ITSM and ITOM implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in ServiceNow or related technologies.
- Experience with other ITSM/ITOM tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
