Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our core product functionality and stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Evaluate and prioritize issues for key client accounts, driving resolution and proactive issue management.
  • Investigate and resolve configuration/setup issues, collaborating with technical teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Support modification development, delivery, and change management, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal support resources, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Present technical concepts to clients and internal audiences, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
  • Establish yourself as a primary point of contact for clients, identifying and escalating issues within our reporting structure.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Maths, or Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Commercial awareness, ideally gained through a placement year or previous role in the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team, at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in SQL, XML, XSL, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, AJAX, REST-based web services, Windows Server/Active Directory an advantage.
  • Experience in implementing supply chain products a plus.
