Key Responsibilities:- Conduct full cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and short-listing candidates.
- Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies and passive recruiting programs to identify internal and external talent pipelines.
- Lead best practice initiatives for talent acquisition, supporting internal and external talent operations and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the Global HR team to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Enhance Vishay's reputation and visibility as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a background in the manufacturing industry.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Advanced research/sourcing skills, including Boolean, social media, and alternative search techniques.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results with matrixed global organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Proven leadership in managing and developing a TA team is preferred.
