Head of Marketing and Child Safety Innovation

About the Role:
CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing professional to lead our Child Safety Business Unit. As the Head of Marketing and Child Safety Innovation, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and promote our child safety products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our child safety products and services
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and projects
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective marketing execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing efforts
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize future campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in an international context
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- Project management skills and high analytical skills
- Fluent level of both spoken and written German and English
