Key Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee the Strategic Project Management Office (PMO) to enhance project execution.
- Manage resources effectively and monitor project milestones utilizing internal management tools.
- Plan and oversee project cycles, ensuring budget adherence and smooth administrative processes.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies alongside automation initiatives within the company.
- Set up, modify, and train teams on standards and processes, providing necessary templates for efficiency.
- Handle operational management tasks, including scheduling and organizing committee meetings.
- Facilitate interface and information management, delivering briefings to leadership.
Your Profile
- Degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Proven experience in project management and leading a PMO team.
- Certifications in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Proficient in Confluence, Jira, and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with a preference for MS Project experience.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in public sector dynamics and analytical digital policy matters.
- Experience in a multi-project environment, demonstrating management skills, initiative, and teamwork.
