Lead HR Operations Specialist

Overview: The Lead HR Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the seamless execution of HR operations. This position is integral in fostering a people-centric approach aligned with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and practices, offering insights and guidance to the business.
- Contributes to the establishment of HR objectives and systems, including the development of metrics, queries, and comprehensive reports to meet organizational needs.
- Proposes innovative procedures and policies aimed at enhancing employee experience and optimizing the efficiency of the HR department.
- Actively promotes initiatives focused on employee engagement and wellbeing.
- Manages all operational aspects of onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, ensuring data accuracy within HR information systems (HRIS).
- Provides dedicated HR advisory services to employees, addressing absence and health-related inquiries.
- Oversees the evaluation process for new hires during their probationary periods in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
- Handles all necessary adjustments related to absence management for designated regions.
- Assists the Total Rewards team with benefits-related inquiries and performs reconciliations for pension schemes.
- Coordinates wellbeing initiatives and compiles relevant data for reporting purposes.
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding HR systems, benefits, and policies.
- Ensures meticulous management of employee records and documentation filing.
- Undertakes additional duties or projects as assigned by the HR Business Partner – International team.
- Provides project support for special initiatives aimed at delivering HR expertise aligned with business priorities.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform job responsibilities under supervision while understanding company policies and practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to build rapport across various organizational levels.
- Proficient in HRIS, preferably with experience in Workday and Oracle OTL.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong sense of ethics and cultural sensitivity.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Effectively interacts with others, maintaining professionalism and clear communication across the organization.
