Privileged Access Management Security Specialist

About the Role:
The Privileged Access Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the secure management of privileged users and access to sensitive systems and data within Deutsche Börse Group. This role will work closely with product development and infrastructure teams to implement security-by-design principles and ensure the effective management of privileged access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain privileged access management governance and architecture controls.
- Act as a subject matter expert for privileged access management within the group.
- Define and maintain information security policy framework with privileged access management requirements and controls.
- Design and implement identity and access lifecycle workflows and controls for privileged accounts in infrastructure and application support areas.
- Collaborate with product development and infrastructure teams to design and implement effective solutions for secure and reliable credential management.
- Ensure and regularly report the compliance status of privileged account usage across the group.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in security or security-oriented engineering function in infrastructure.
- Experience with privileged access management solutions and their integration into existing infrastructure and applications.
- Experience in common scripting languages is a benefit.
- Knowledge of privilege management solutions like Cyberark PAS.
- Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired.
- Process and business role modelling experience would be beneficial.
- Fluent in English. German could be beneficial.
- Optional: CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications.
- Strong, proven analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Good presentation skills.
