Regional Sales Director – DACH Region

  • Location: DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Role: Regional Sales Director

  • Travel Requirement: Up to 70%

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the DACH region
  • Identify and pursue new business ventures within the energy sector
  • Establish and maintain robust client relationships
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in relevant industry events and conferences
  • Generate and present sales reports and forecasts

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • In-depth understanding of the DACH market
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to travel frequently

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years in energy sales
  • Proven track record in driving sales and managing diverse teams
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Fluency in both German and English
