About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
