Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir dich als Engineering Manager / Facility Manager (m/w/d) Regional.
In dieser Position sind deine Aufgaben:
- Sicherstellung sämtlicher Instandsetzungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Erfüllung sämtlicher gesetzlicher, normativer und vertraglicher Auflagen für den Betrieb von Gewerbeimmobilien / Hotelimmobilien in Deutschland
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Projektierung und Umsetzung von Umbau- und Sanierungsprojekten
- Fachliche Führung der technischen Leiter / Haustechniker an unseren Standorten
- Technische und organisatorische Unterstützung der technischen Mitarbeiter
- Mitwirkung bei der Budgeterstellung / Capex-Planung
- Laufende Kostenkontrolle (Einhaltung der Budgets)
- Definition und Überwachung präventiver Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Fachliches Know-how im Bereich baulicher Brandschutz
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung behördlicher Vorschriften / Auflagen
- Fortlaufende Optimierung des Energieverbrauchs
- Umsetzung von Unternehmensstandards
- Monats- und Quartalsbericht an das Corporate Office
Dein Profil:
- Technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Facility Management, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Bautechnik oder vergleichbare Schwerpunkte
- Fundierte und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Facility Management / Property Management / Projektleitung TGA oder Hochbau
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Flexibilität und hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb deiner Region in Deutschland
- Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung im Bereich Hochbau und / oder TGA
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse über Landesbauordnungen, SprüfV und die allgemein gültigen Vorschriften für die Errichtung und den Betrieb von touristisch genutzten Gewerbeimmobilien
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Ausschreibung/Verhandlung und Vergabe von Bauleistungen nach VOB / BGB
- Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsfähigkeit und proaktives unternehmerisches Handeln
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrungen als Engineering Manager / Facility Manager (m/w/d) Regional mit.
