Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified Professor in Intercultural Communication to join our faculty at the South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Business English, Academic English, Intercultural Communication, Soft Skill Training, and related fields to international students
  • Develop and coordinate curricula, research, and teaching materials
  • Support students in their preparation for studying abroad and international work experience
  • Establish and maintain international contacts and partnerships
  • Conduct research and publish in the field of Business English and Intercultural Communication
  • Participate in academic self-administration and contribute to the development of the university
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field, such as Economics, International Business, Communication Sciences, or Linguistics
  • Relevant teaching experience in Business English and Intercultural Communication
  • Excellent English language proficiency and German language skills
  • Strong research and publication record in the field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
