**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 professionals in purchasing finished products across various industry segments. To be successful in this role, you must have proven leadership experience and a strong understanding of supply chain management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Operational Leadership**
    • Oversee material planning, purchasing prices, and inventory management.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Regularly review and manage purchasing forecasts.
    • Develop and implement material planning and procurement strategies across various product categories.
    • Manage and execute purchasing price controls.
    • Perform day-to-day purchasing activities.
  • **Team Leadership**
    • Provide technical leadership and manage the purchasing team.
    • Enhance and refine the key performance indicator system.
    • Drive continuous improvement of operational processes.
    • Train and mentor team members.
    • Participate in personnel selection and conduct employee interviews.

**Requirements**

  • **Technical Requirements**
    • A degree in purchasing, business administration, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain management.
    • Proven experience in managing a purchasing department.
    • Expertise in developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, policies, and processes.
    • Proficient in SAP (SD, MM, MW).
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
    • Fluent in both German and English, with proficiency in Chinese being a plus but not essential.

    • Excellent communication skills with a focus on results.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
