About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analytics Consultant to join our team at zeroG GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers in the aviation sector transform their business with data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights to our customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss analytical requirements and results, and effectively turn them into data solutions.
  • Deep dive into large data sets to answer key business questions using a wide range of data analytics tools, including SQL, data visualization, web analytics, and BI solutions.
  • Explore data to provide insights into future patterns identified from past and current data.
  • Conception and implementation of data pipelines together with Data Engineers, and of advanced analytics together with Data Scientists.
  • Occasionally act as a product owner, creating and maintaining product backlog, gathering requirements and feedback, planning releases, and defining vision, scope, and features for your product.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience in relevant fields.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies like Scrum, adept at organizing team tasks.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills for engaging stakeholders and team members.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering positive team dynamics.
  • Business savvy with expertise in business case development and understanding user needs.
  • Experienced in lateral leadership and proficient with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
  • Familiarity with applied statistics, data analysis, and languages such as SAS, R, Python, or SQL.
  • Knowledgeable in data warehousing, business intelligence, and big data concepts.
  • Curious about data, analytics, and machine learning technology.
