Deine Herausforderung

Als Expansion Specialist bei 1KOMMA5° treibst du die Entwicklung eigener Standorte in ganz Deutschland voran. Du bist verantwortlich für das Onboarding und die Schulung der "Entrepreneur in Residence" und Sales Manager. Deine Aufgabe ist es, die Unterstützung beim Standort- und Personalaufbau im Vertriebsbereich sicherzustellen. Du wirst die Etablierung und Verfestigung der Salesprozesse und -tools im Tagesgeschäft übernehmen und Initialisierungen von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Conversion Rates durchführen. Außerdem bist du für die KPI-basierte Aussteuerung der 1KOMMA5° Niederlassungen verantwortlich. Du wirst die Vernetzung mit anderen Standorten und Shared Service Abteilungen der 1KOMMA5° Gruppe sicherstellen und Best Practice Sharing, Workshops vor Ort durchführen.

Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Du hast mindestens 1-2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem StartUp
  • Du kannst Vertrieb
  • Du kannst in Prozessen denken
  • Du bist absolut zuverlässig, scheust keinen hohen Workload und arbeitest eigenständig
  • Reisebereitschaft und Vor-Ort-Präsenz bei den Niederlassungen sind für dich selbstverständlich
