The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bremen. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various regions, including Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Maintain and update our Trustpilot review page, ensuring that customer feedback is accurately reflected and responded to.
  • Provide assistance and support to customers with questions and issues, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems.
  • Contribute to the general administrative support of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Support customers via phone, when a dedicated phone line is introduced.
  • Assist in the translation of customer inquiries and marketing campaigns to ensure that each country's websites are of the same high standard in terms of both functionality and content.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional who possesses:

Native fluency in German, with additional fluency in another European language (ideally Dutch) to effectively communicate with stakeholders.Strong experience and passion for customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.A strong cultural understanding of German and Dutch customers and how to support them effectively.Great initiative, curiosity, and a methodical approach to work.Natural enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, and a solution-oriented mindset.Good knowledge of digital platforms and how to use them professionally, including Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.Strong ability to work in a team and enjoy working independently.
