About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at BEZ Transformatory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive growth and revenue in the distribution transformers segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Define and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and revenue in the distribution transformers segment.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and develop relationships with decision-makers and market players within our customers' organizations.
  • Market Intelligence: Prepare market intelligence, including detailed market analysis, understanding of market drivers and trends, key competitors, and technology requirements & different end-users specs.
  • Proposal Preparation: Provide strategic input on technical solutions, competition, pricing and innovation at the proposal stage.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Define and assure execution of the pricing strategy, be responsible for sales targets.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep technical expertise in the distribution transformers product offerings as well as a deep market knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work jointly with Product Management/Engineering/Supply chain teams to drive the development and delivery of new products and services to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in trade shows and industry association meetings.
  • Performance Analysis: Assess performance of different sales channels in order to make appropriate changes or additions resulting in orders and sales growth.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Experience in developing and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Self-starter, positive attitude, committed to the success of the business.
  • Problem-Solving: Judgment and initiative are necessary to identify priorities, resolve problems, adapt to change, and choose the most efficient way to carry out the work.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Travel Requirements: Ability and willingness to travel is required – up to 50% of working time.
