About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Community Manager to join our team at Bella & Bona Gmbh. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand communication strategies that increase awareness and drive engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand communication strategies to increase awareness and drive engagement with our target audience.
  • Create and manage content for various channels (social media, website, newsletters, etc.) to tell the Bella & Bona story and highlight our mission.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing materials, presentations, and other resources to help close deals and onboard new clients.
  • Build and grow a community of office managers through targeted engagement strategies.
  • Organize events, workshops, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and create value for the community.
  • Develop initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and encourage office managers to become brand advocates.
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events to showcase Bella & Bona's offerings and create memorable experiences for our target audience.
  • Gather feedback from the community to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with relevant stakeholders and influencers in the office catering and food tech industry.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, community management, or a related role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving growth in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English; any other European languages are a plus.
