Hauptraumfelder- Individuelle Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden bei der Planung und Buchung exklusiver Reisen.
- Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Reiseangebote, die perfekt auf die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden abgestimmt sind.
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu High-End-Dienstleistern weltweit, um erstklassige Serviceleistungen zu gewährleisten.
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Reiseablaufs durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hotels, Fluggesellschaften, Reiseleitern und weiteren Partnern.
- Management und Organisation von besonderen Anlässen und exklusiven Veranstaltungen während der Reisen.
- Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung und Trendanalyse zur Optimierung unseres Angebotsportfolios.
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Reisebüro, vorzugsweise im Luxussegment.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Kenntnisse Amadeus GDS sind unabdingbar.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und hohe Kundenaffinität.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Souveränes Auftreten, exzellente Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild.
