Carglass GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Strategy & Excellence department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement. You will also work closely with our Customer Development team to ensure seamless customer interactions and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Work closely with the Customer Development team to ensure seamless customer interactions and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and sales strategy development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales performance data and develop action plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to understand business operations and make informed decisions
  • Fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
