Key Responsibilities- Strategic Campaign Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Integrated Campaign Oversight: Manage the creation and execution of cohesive marketing campaigns, including content development, digital initiatives, and event marketing.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of marketing communications and event professionals, offering mentorship and performance oversight.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with global product marketing teams to grasp product positioning and messaging, ensuring regional marketing efforts are synchronized.

- Event Coordination: Direct the planning and execution of B2B events alongside sales teams, including trade shows and webinars, to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Budget Oversight: Effectively manage marketing budgets, strategically allocating resources to maximize return on investment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and executive leadership, to ensure support for marketing initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the global analytics team to assess marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing programs for greater business impact.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the EMEA region; prior experience in technology or device marketing is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve objectives in a matrix environment.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to devise and implement integrated marketing plans that yield business results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in event management, encompassing planning, execution, and return on investment analysis for B2B events.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and tactics, including email marketing platforms and web analytics.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
