About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Technical Global Solutions. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment, ensuring materials are available, and managing construction and commissioning programs.

Responsibilities

  • Attend project start-up meetings and become familiar with all project details and specifications.
  • Collate technical submittals and ensure approval, raising and managing RFI's as necessary.
  • Manage labour trackers, maintain progress reports weekly, and manage changes/variations.
  • Liaise with main contractors and client-based site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee the coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment, ensuring adequate materials are always available.
  • Implement commission plans on site, generate biweekly/monthly snag lists, and improvements.
  • Manage the handover process, maintain the Document Management System, and project-specific scheduling.
  • Meet with subcontractors as required for on-time delivery, attend general site meetings, and address action points raised.
  • Communicate innovative project-specific works to the Contracts Manager (R&D).
  • Qualifications: Extensive experience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar role, successful track record of delivering large-scale projects, and qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.
