Junior Key Account Manager

- Present and explain UNITAX services to customers during marketing and sales activities
- Reactivate and expand existing UNITAX customer relationships
- Identify and approach potential customers for UNITAX services
- Participate actively in the customer acquisition process in collaboration with UNITAX management
- Support the onboarding process for new customers
- Develop existing UNITAX customers through cross-selling (e.g. in GMP-compliant production)
- Continuously monitor the market and analyze the competitive environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or a completed commercial apprenticeship with at least good results
- First experiences in sales of complex and advisory services; sales experience in the logistics and/or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as a strong customer and service orientation
- Good knowledge of tasks, structures, and processes of freight forwarders and logistics service providers; knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Understanding of the functioning of quality management systems and their application in the sales process
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office-365 and affinity for using modern software solutions
- Willingness to travel for sales and marketing activities
