Account Executive (all genders) - East Brandenburg

As a key player in the field, you will offer expert insights on emerging medical trends and therapy standards, engaging in customized discussions. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue and achieving targets, executing marketing initiatives, and collaborating across departments to refine our sales approach. Additionally, establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the medical sector is a crucial aspect of your role. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advocate for the prescription and utilization of products based on current data and strategic goals of the business unit
- Provide consultation on the latest medical trends, advancements, and therapy standards within the designated therapeutic areas
- Engage in targeted discussions with specific segments and target audiences, ideally utilizing the PFI methodology
- Plan revenue, expenses, and actions at both customer and territory levels, while being accountable for meeting established targets
- Operationalize communication and marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities and risks pertinent to the target audience in the region
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to develop the sales strategy
- Create account plans in partnership with MSL and execute the defined actions
- Establish, maintain, and expand networks with national opinion leaders, physician networks, and regional MVZs in the area
If you have completed formal training as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative or possess a background in natural sciences, along with comprehensive knowledge of healthcare processes, and are fluent in German, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.
