Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing strategies aimed at expanding our retail operations. Your focus will be on engaging with garden centers, DIY retailers, and significant national accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Foster relationships with existing clients and prospects to enhance sales across both physical and online platforms.
  • Lead Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by:
    • Participating in industry events and trade exhibitions.
    • Engaging with professional associations and online communities.
    • Working closely with the marketing team to synchronize digital initiatives with lead generation goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strengthen connections with current clients and prospects.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and regularly review performance indicators and sales objectives to assess growth and success.
  • Market Insights: Analyze the competitive landscape to inform product positioning.
  • Reporting: Deliver monthly updates and self-assessments to the team leader, aligned with established objectives.
  • Marketing Insights: Provide constructive feedback to the marketing team regarding events and expenditures to evaluate return on investment.
  • Consistent Engagement: Ensure uniformity in customer communications by staying informed about brand initiatives and narratives.
