Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and customer segments.
- Deep understanding of our red fruit juice and concentrate products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on juices and concentrates.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
