We are seeking a talented and driven Master Data Process Analyst to join our team in Heidenheim an der Brenz.

As a Master Data Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our global operations by streamlining processes and ensuring data accuracy. You will collaborate closely with operational units worldwide to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into detailed functional specifications for our SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of state-of-the-art processes, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Support process owners in building and maintaining the functional roadmap, actively proposing innovative ideas to enhance the current process landscape.
  • Collaborate with process owners and operational teams to identify improvement opportunities and document them in project charters or change requests.
  • Participate in workshops with diverse functions to brainstorm potential solutions and explore new avenues for optimization.
  • Engage with industry expert groups and forums to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices, identifying relevant standards for adoption within the organization.
  • Research and evaluate external providers to identify innovative solutions and facilitate their integration into our internal processes.
Qualifications
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working within operational units or process-driven organizations, preferably with a focus on Master Data Governance.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies and successful change management principles.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ERP, APO, BW) is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and modeling skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
