Regional Development Director (m/w/d) - ASSMANN Electronic GmbH
Die ASSMANN Electronic GmbH ist ein international tätiges Unternehmen mit über 250 Mitarbeitenden in 13 Niederlassungen, das sich auf Server-, Netzwerk- und Peripherie-Infrastruktur spezialisiert hat.
Aufgabenbereich:
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensstrategie in enger Kooperation mit den Führungskräften der internationalen Standorte
- Entwicklung individueller internationaler Verkaufsstrategien sowie Erstellung einer Wachstums-Roadmap, die sowohl organisches als auch anorganisches Wachstum (M&A) umfasst
- Initiierung und Leitung der Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder
- Generierung von profitablen Neugeschäften und Ausarbeitung von Businessplänen
- Erweiterung des globalen Netzwerks und Optimierung der Vertriebsabläufe
- Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse sowie Durchführung umfassender Marktstudien
- Enger Austausch mit den Hauptsitzen und den Funktionen der Niederlassungen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder verwandten Disziplinen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb technischer Lösungen, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Niederlassungen sowie stark ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Denken
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Engagiertes Auftreten, Zielstrebigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Offenheit für proaktive Tools zur Lead-Generierung und hohe IT-Affinität
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere MS Excel, Navision und CRM-Systemen
