Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior FP&A Business Partner - Global Operations & Integrated Supply Chain to join our dedicated team. This role involves collaborating with a global FP&A team and various stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes while fostering personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial management functions within Operations and Supply Chain, serving as the Financial Business Partner for the VP of Global Operations and Supply Chain.
- Manage the financial KPI framework, including conducting monthly reviews, forecasts, and budget processes while enhancing reporting consistency across all locations.
- Lead initiatives to improve material and conversion cost efficiency across all manufacturing facilities.
- Drive effective working capital management with a strong emphasis on inventory control.
- Ensure appropriate capital allocation across manufacturing sites and contribute to the strategic planning of the supply chain footprint.
- Guarantee financial compliance across all sites, including overseeing the standard costing process.
- Lead and develop the operations finance team, consisting of 10-12 full-time employees.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance or a related field.
- Bring over 10 years of experience in FP&A or controlling within a manufacturing context, preferably in capital investment sectors.
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities and business insight to navigate complex global production and supply chain networks.
- Exhibit a proven track record in enhancing financial processes, including the design of budgeting and forecasting systems as well as reporting tools.
- Show strong leadership abilities with a focus on talent development in a diverse global environment.
- Possess excellent executive communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration within a matrix organization.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
