Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior FP&A Business Partner - Global Operations & Integrated Supply Chain to be part of our dedicated global FP&A team. This role is pivotal in driving business impact and fostering growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial management functions within Operations and Supply Chain, serving as the Financial Business Partner for the VP of Global Operations and Supply Chain.
- Develop and maintain the financial KPI framework, conducting monthly reviews, forecasts, and budget processes while enhancing reporting across all locations.
- Lead initiatives to improve material and conversion cost productivity across all manufacturing facilities.
- Manage working capital with a strong emphasis on inventory optimization.
- Ensure appropriate capital allocation across manufacturing sites and drive the strategic direction of the supply chain footprint.
- Guarantee financial compliance across all sites, including the standard costing process.
- Supervise and nurture the operations finance team, consisting of 10-12 professionals.
Candidate Profile
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in FP&A or controlling within a manufacturing context, preferably in capital investment sectors.
- Exceptional analytical skills and business insight to navigate complex global production and supply chain networks.
- Proven track record in enhancing financial processes, including the design of budgeting and forecasting methodologies as well as reporting tools.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on talent development in a diverse global environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and create alignment in a matrix organization.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
