Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior FP&A Business Partner - Global Operations & Integrated Supply Chain to join our dedicated Global FP&A Team. This role will involve collaborating with a talented team at our headquarters, working alongside professionals worldwide to drive significant business outcomes while fostering personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial management functions related to Operations and Supply Chain, serving as the Financial Business Partner for the VP of Global Operations and Supply Chain.
  • Manage the financial KPI framework, including conducting monthly reviews, forecasts, and budget processes while enhancing reporting consistency across all locations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve material and conversion cost productivity across all manufacturing facilities.
  • Drive effective working capital management with a focus on inventory optimization.
  • Ensure appropriate capital allocation across manufacturing sites and contribute to the supply chain footprint strategy.
  • Guarantee financial compliance across sites, including the standard costing process.
  • Supervise and develop the operations finance team, consisting of 10-12 full-time employees.

Candidate Profile

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in FP&A or controlling within a manufacturing context, preferably in capital investment sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and business insight to navigate complex global production and supply chain networks.
  • Proven track record in enhancing financial processes, including the design of budgeting and forecasting methodologies as well as reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on talent development in a global context.
  • Demonstrated executive communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration in a matrix organization.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
