About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at workidentity GmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration and development of our IT infrastructure, primarily based on Microsoft technologies, in a hybrid On-Premise and Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the IT infrastructure, including network components and services
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Analyze and resolve problems in the 2nd and 3rd level support, and develop optimization opportunities
  • Conceive and implement international IT projects
  • Coordinate and manage external partner companies
Requirements
  • Completed education in a related field, such as Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • Excellent German language skills (C1) and good English language skills
  • Substantial experience in IT infrastructure administration
  • Knowledge in the following areas: Windows Server, virtualization solutions, backup technologies, network knowledge
  • Experience in implementing IT projects
  • Desirable: experience in process-oriented work according to ITIL
  • You possess strong communication skills, motivation, flexibility, and are a true team player
