Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of our existing infrastructure hardware, servers, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of infrastructure hardware, servers, and applications
  • Manage and maintain asset inventory of infrastructure hardware
  • Administer and configure network devices, including LAN/WAN, switches, and firewalls
  • Perform updates and patch management on servers and active components
  • Track and manage license and certificate renewal dates
  • Identify vulnerabilities and perform stress tests
  • Contribute to the development of the IT Service Continuity Plan and perform continuity tests
  • Create and update IT documentation
Requirements:
  • Completed education in the IT field
  • Excellent hardware knowledge in desktop and notebook environments
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, WSUS, and Terminal Server administration
  • Good knowledge of network and firewall administration
  • Desirable experience in vulnerability management and penetration testing
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
