About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at workidentity GmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration and development of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain our IT infrastructure, including network devices, servers, and storage systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Provide second- and third-level support for IT-related issues, including analysis and resolution of complex problems
  • Develop and implement IT projects, including international collaborations and partnerships
  • Coordinate and manage external partnerships and vendors
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Excellent German language skills (C1 level) and good English language skills
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure administration and management
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization solutions, backup technologies, and network fundamentals
  • Experience in project implementation and management
  • Desirable: experience in process-oriented work according to ITIL
  • Strong communication skills, motivation, flexibility, and a team-oriented approach
